If you wish to cancel an order before it's posted, just ask David Hendry at sales@cpltools.co.uk
After your order has been posted and within 14 days of delivery then the following applies;
If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind and wish to return, just ask. sales@cpltools.co.uk
If your order arrives and it's broken or not as ordered, please let us know and we will work with you to find the best solution for you, usually either by refund, return and refund or exchange. Just ask sales@cpltools.co.uk
